Play Video In a professional coffee workstation, a Lavazza trainer enters the scene. They remove the filter holder from the espresso machine and refill it with ground coffee. They compact the coffee inside with the tamper. Without the filter holder inserted, the coffee machine emits a jet of water to clean the dispensing unit. Then the barista reinserts the filter holder into the coffee machine.

Moka

Play Video In a kitchen, a Lavazza trainer enters the scene. They fill the moka pot with water, then add ground coffee to the filter and give it a little knock against the table to level it. They close the moka pot and place it on the lit stove. After a few moments, the coffee rises and fills the upper part. The barista pours the hot coffee into an espresso cup.
